History

PJ started building online services in 1987. As a freshman at University of Florida he coded a web reporting system for IBM management in Boca Raton. After graduating with a BFA, PJ moved to California and wrote custom Perl and PHP web metrics scripts on Venice Beach.

In 2004, he moved to Texas and started blogging about art & web technology at Knowingart.com. While studying Magazine Article Writing in San Antonio, he picked up on social media trends with the help of a custom keyword tracking plugin for WordPress, launching his blog network to 12 million pageviews and 50,000 comments.
